DataSmart is seeking a Senior SAP CS Consultant to join our hybrid team in Portugal. You will implement and tailor SAP CS, PM, and MM modules, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and leading project lifecycle activities.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in SAP CS, strong configuration knowledge, and comfort with cross-functional processes. Portuguese and English fluency required; willingness to travel to the USA as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP CS Consultant.
• Full-cycle SAP CS implementations experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CS configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with SAP PM and SAP MM or SAP SD.
• Experience with SAP module integration and cross-functional business processes.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability to travel to the USA when required.

• Implement, configure, and customize SAP CS (Customer Service), SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), and SAP MM (Materials Management) solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and related systems.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation, deployment, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
• Provide technical and functional support to clients, troubleshooting issues and optimizing business processes.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end users and internal teams.
• Support the continuous improvement and optimization of SAP CS processes and functionalities.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant.
• Proven experience in full-cycle SAP CS implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CS configuration and implementation.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
