Senior Salesforce Consultant & Business Analyst (m/f/d)
Why we are looking for support

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant & Business Analyst (m/f/d) to strengthen our CRM Practice. This position can be performed remotely from Greece, Malta, Portugal, Poland or Germany

Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions to offer solutions to client issues.

Prepare and lead client discovery workshops to collect requirements and understand business challenges while maintaining responsibility for the completion and accuracy of work products.

Translate business needs into compelling and detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria by collaborating closely with clients.

Lead and coordinate build activities throughout the project, whilst keeping the client and project stakeholders updated on progress.

Lead and coordinate QA and UAT activities.

Stay up-to-date on the latest innovations, trends, and developments around Salesforce to provide the most cutting-edge solutions to clients.

Develop your skills through Salesforce training courses and mentoring.

Mentor other resources.

Conduct relevant research, analyse data, and continuously create reports to improve your proficiency.

Lead in internal initiatives and innovation tasks.

Participate in pre-sales activities

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry.

Proven experience in functional requirements gathering for at least 4 years.

At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing or Commerce Cloud.

Experience in pre-sales activities is a must.

Past experience in leading IT projects is a must.

Salesforce certifications are a must.

Hands on configuration experience with Salesforce formulas, process builder, flows.

Experience with process re-engineering and handling of client expectations.

Experience with project management and change management are a benefit.

Proactive, can-do attitude and a mind designed for problem-solving.

Capable of working in a remote team.

Specialisation in industry clouds such as Consumer Goods Cloud or Non Profit Cloud is considered a benefit.

German & English language skills is a must.

Language skills are considered a benefit.
