A prestigious hotel group is looking for a Senior Sales Corporate Executive (M/F) to develop the commercial strategy for the corporate segment.

Location: Lisboa, Portugal
Schedule: Full-time | On-site

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies focused on the corporate segment
  • Identify new business opportunities with companies and corporate travel agencies.
  • Manage and expand the client portfolio, creating solid and lasting relationships.
  • Monitor market and competition trends, proposing actions that strengthen our position.
  • Represent the group at trade fairs, events, and commercial visits.
  • Work closely with the marketing and revenue teams to maximize results and profitability.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in the hotel sector and in a multi-unit environment.
  • Good knowledge of the corporate market in Portugal.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills and a focus on results.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages are an advantage).
  • Proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented person.
  • Availability for travel in Portugal and abroad.
  • Experience with international brands will be valued.
