• Strong experience as an RPA Developer with hands-on Automation Anywhere
• Strong knowledge of RPA concepts, automation lifecycle and best practices
• Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade automation solutions
• Experience integrating RPA with APIs, databases, web apps and enterprise systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production environments
• Experience bot monitoring, deployment and operational support
• Experience implementing exception handling, logging and recovery mechanisms
• Good understanding of software development and testing practices
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills translating business requirements into automation solutions

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, assessing feasibility and expected business value
• Develop scalable, robust and reusable automation workflows following RPA development best practices
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, web applications and other systems
• Implement error handling, exception management, logging and recovery mechanisms to ensure reliable bot execution
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues affecting bots, automation workflows and production environments
• Manage and monitor bots in production, ensuring performance, availability and operational stability
• Support the complete RPA lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through development, testing, deployment and maintenance
• Develop technical documentation, process documentation and support materials for implemented automations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and other technical teams to deliver automation solutions aligned with business requirements
• Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of RPA standards, development practices and automation frameworks
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior RPA developers and support knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements:

• Strong experience as an RPA Developer, with solid hands‑on experience using Automation Anywhere
• Strong knowledge of RPA concepts, automation lifecycle and development best practices
• Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade automation solutions
• Experience integrating RPA solutions with APIs, databases, web applications and enterprise systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, particularly in production environments
• Experience with bot monitoring, deployment and operational support
• Experience implementing exception handling, logging and recovery mechanisms
• Good understanding of software development and testing practices
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross‑functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical automation solutions

Nice to have:

• Experience with Automation Anywhere Control Room
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and web services
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Experience integrating RPA solutions with cloud services
• Experience with OCR, document processing or intelligent automation solutions
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices for RPA solutions
