Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager to lead risk projects in the FSRM Prudential Regulation area. You will work with prestigious financial institutions to drive governance, risk and capital framework improvements.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills and the ability to manage complex regulatory requirements across Banking, Asset Management and Insurance sectors. Based in Lisbon with the EY experience.

Qualifications

• Academic degree and professional background in banking, risk management or consulting.
• Experience in governance, prudential requirements and risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk management services for financial institutions with high quality and efficiency.
• Define governance models, policies, processes and procedures in line with requirements.
• Assist in data governance, risk assessment and interpretation.
• Lead client-facing projects across governance, risk appetite, capital requirements and ICAAP/ILAAP.
• Contribute to service development and go-to-market activities.
• Lead presentations and discussions with clients; identify risks and improvements.
• Monitor adherence to client risk appetite and regulatory standards.
• Escalate risk issues to management as needed.
• Support implementation of regulatory requirements and prudential guidelines.
• Mentor junior team members and promote EY values.
