Qualificações

• 5+ years as regulatory attorney or compliance counsel at a major firm, regulated company, or government agency.
• Direct ownership of regulatory compliance programs, agency interactions, or enforcement matters.
• Fluency in regulatory tooling and understanding of administrative procedure and rulemaking.
• Professional credential strongly preferred (JD with bar admission or international equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Construct scenarios spanning regulatory compliance program design and enforcement actions.
• Build tasks across financial services, healthcare, antitrust, data privacy, and energy regulation.
• Develop scenarios involving regulatory tracking platforms and filing systems.
• Apply regulatory methodologies to US and International rulemaking standards.
• Author rubrics distinguishing authentic regulatory judgment from recall.
