Ocean Infinity in Porto is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead the Software QA team for Unreal Engine and Simulator development, establishing quality benchmarks and testing practices. This role collaborates with stakeholders to drive comprehensive testing across projects and ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will mentor engineers, promote QA best practices, and drive continuous improvement in QA processes, aligning with industry standards and internal policies.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience in testing Unreal Engine applications.
• Experience in leading and managing testing activities.
• Familiar with testing lifecycle tools like X-ray.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and manage a team of QA engineers to create a high-performing, quality-focused team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the SDLC includes thorough testing and adheres to quality standards.
• Develop and implement QA strategies and methodologies for manual and automated testing.
• Oversee development of test strategies, audit processes, and quality management practices.
• Foster a culture of quality by promoting QA best practices and testing innovations.
• Track project progress, measure QA performance, and align QA with product goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and career development for QA team members.
• Communicate QA insights into actionable plans for stakeholders.
• Comply with Ocean Infinity policies and governance.
