Decskill is hiring a QA Analyst to lead test coordination and management for multiple projects. The role requires 6+ years of experience, expertise in various testing types, and proficiency with Jira and Xray within an agile environment.

You will oversee test plans, coordinate activities, report defects, and help improve QA processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in our Lisbon offices.

Qualificações

• 6+ years as QA Analyst or similar role.
• Experience coordinating testing activities across projects.
• Knowledge of functional, regression, performance, security testing, etc.
• Experience creating test plans, test cases and test scenarios.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and rapid feedback loops.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Validation against test and user acceptance plans; report gaps.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and prioritize the test backlog and assign tasks.
• Supervise manual and automated test execution.
• Ensure adherence to defined test strategies and progress tracking.
• Coordinate QA activities with other project areas.
• Provide guidance and support to project team members.
• Identify, document, and report defects with clear repro steps.
• Prioritize defects by severity and impact on business.
• Track defect lifecycles and verify fixes.
• Offer feedback to development to improve QA processes.
• Contribute to QA knowledge base and testing methodologies.
• Suggest new tools and techniques to optimize testing.
