Decskill is seeking a Senior Python Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software features. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality capabilities, improve reliability, and contribute to technical excellence within the AI product group.

You will solve real-world problems, write clean code, and participate in agile development, driving impactful solutions across our technology stack. Fluent English is required for collaboration across teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Python web frameworks (Django, Flask) required.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
• Experience deploying on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Python applications at scale.
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions for performance and reliability.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into solutions.
• Implement, test, and maintain software across environments (dev/stage/prod).
• Identify performance, security, and scalability issues and address them.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
