Claranet limited is looking for a Cloud Engineer in Lisbon, Portugal. This role involves monitoring and improving cloud security across environments primarily using GCP. Responsibilities include automating processes, managing CNAPP tools, and defining cloud security policies.

The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in Cloud Security, strong knowledge of Terraform, and fluency in both Portuguese and English. We offer integration into a dynamic team and opportunities for additional training.

Qualificações

• Up to 3 years of experience in Cloud Security or Cybersecurity, preferably with GCP.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with automation and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles, including vulnerability management.
• Good networking knowledge including Firewalls, VPNs, and Zero Trust.
• Experience with Git and Linux administration/hardening.
• Familiarity with security standards and modern cloud implementation methodologies.
• Interest in leveraging AI to improve productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze cloud security posture across GCP environments.
• Automate remediation of cloud security findings.
• Manage and operate CNAPP tools for threat assessments.
• Conduct Attack Surface Management activities to reduce external exposure.
• Respond to cloud security incidents and support investigations.
• Define and enforce cloud security policies aligned with industry frameworks.
• Produce clear security reports for stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud threats and vulnerabilities.
