INFUSE is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a Business Analysis or Product Management background to lead strategic initiatives end-to-end—from process analysis and solution design through to implementation and automation. You will combine strong project management with analytical thinking to drive improvements at team and company levels.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Background in Business Analysis or Product Management.
• Proven track record of improving business processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget
• Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
• Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable requirements
• Drive process improvements through process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on the integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions
• Keep stakeholders aligned throughout - requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management
