What You'll do:

• Lead and manage a Global Transformation Program involving the merger of companies and the associated data migration activities, particularly within Salesforce and ServiceNow environments;
• Ensure successful execution of the program with a high level of autonomy and decision-making;
• Coordinate stakeholders and project teams across multiple business units and geographies;
• Guarantee alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and timelines;
• Report on program status, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders;
• Hybrid Work Model;

What You Are:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project or Program Manager, particularly in large-scale transformation and data migration projects;
• Solid background in managing complex programs involving system integrations and company mergers;
• Previous experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow data migration is highly valued;
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently with minimal supervision;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory;
• Knowledge of French is a plus;
