Empa-T in Lisbon is hiring an experienced Technical Engineer – Production Support (L3) to join an international team supporting business-critical applications and infrastructure in a demanding production environment.

The role focuses on production support, infrastructure project delivery, cloud transformation, and resiliency, working across multiple countries. Hybrid work in Lisbon (3x/week) is offered.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Production Support or similar roles.
• Experience with complex production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 Production Support for business-critical applications and infrastructure services.
• Coordinate technical project activities and support the implementation of new applications and infrastructure solutions in production environments.
• Act as the main technical contact for production-related projects and initiatives.
• Ensure application stability, resilience, availability, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with Application Support, Infrastructure, Business, and Project teams to support end-to-end project delivery.
• Drive cloud adoption and Move2Cloud initiatives.
