Flosum, a Salesforce-native DevSecOps platform, seeks a visionary Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap across five lines including DevOps and Data Seeding. You will translate Salesforce expertise into premium enterprise capabilities and work directly with leadership to shape the future of secure, scalable Salesforce deployments.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
• Deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
• Proven track record of shipping products that enterprise customers adopted and paid for (Fortune 100, regulated industries).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred.
• Strong perspective on how AI/ML (especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will reshape the Salesforce development and governance landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
• Lead AI-powered DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce and define how Flosum enables AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust boundary.
• Engage directly with Fortune 100 customers to understand pain points around Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
• Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partner with engineering to deliver on aggressive timelines.
• Define and track product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and win rates.
