Flosum, a leader in Salesforce DevOps, is seeking a Technical Enablement & Documentation Lead. This role involves owning the documentation for DevOps, Data Backup, Security, and Compliance, and launching the Flosum Certification Program.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in technical writing, familiarity with Salesforce concept, and proven analytical skills. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact how we document and enable our users.
Qualificações
- 5+ years in technical writing or developer enablement.
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce DevOps concepts.
- Experience with building or contributing to certification programs.
Responsabilidades
- Own and improve Flosum's product documentation.
- Build and launch the Flosum Certification Program.
- Analyze support cases to identify documentation gaps.
