Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, real estate or hospitality software.
• Exceptional written communication with the ability to articulate customer concerns clearly.
• High degree of empathy toward customers and teammates.
• Track record of owning end-to-end product and feature development.
• Strong focus on shipping products and balancing competing demands.
• Ability to structure a project into work categories, dependencies, and priorities.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with persistence.
• Able to make decisions when surrounded by uncertainty without external support.

Responsibilities

• Drive outcomes and own results on multi-million dollar business lines.
• Develop and implement product vision, strategy and roadmap with shippable projects.
• Collect and analyze feedback to shape requirements and end products.
• Work with senior management to create product plans based on customer input.
• Partner with sales, support and engineering to ship features addressing real problems.
• Ensure new features launch smoothly and on schedule.
• Prioritize work, balance engineering cost with business impact.
• Suggest ways to track product use and impact.
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
