MVST is a full product delivery studio helping companies build meaningful digital experiences. You will own the product end-to-end, connecting clients, designers, and engineers from brief to release.

You’ll run workshops with clients, translate complex requirements into clear user flows, and raise the bar on product experience. This role values cross-functional collaboration, curiosity, and strong German/English communication.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years in product management, ideally in a digital agency or consultancy context or strong product-side experience from a startup or tech company.
• Familiar with design/tools like Figma or Adobe XD and AI tools such as Claude to prototype and validate quickly.
• Fluent in German and English, able to communicate with clients and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product end-to-end and define requirements, UX direction, and delivery from brief to release.
• Work directly with clients, run workshops, and present work to build trust with stakeholders.
• Translate complexity into clear user flows and set your cross-functional team up to move fast and build right.
• Push the Experience Forward by seeking better flows, new features, and smarter frameworks.
