Broadvoice in Aveiro, Portugal seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the CCaaS platform strategy, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance experiences for customers and internal users. You will own the platform roadmap, collaborate with engineering and DevOps, and drive end-to-end provisioning, monitoring, and reliability.

The role requires strong leadership and cloud-based, multi-tenant experience.

Qualificações

5+ years of product management experience in CCaaS, UCaaS, SaaS or cloud platforms.
Experience leading platform initiatives in multi-tenant environments.
Strong understanding of multi-channel communications and cloud infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

Own and evolve the platform roadmap focusing on provisioning, usability, scalability, monitoring and reliability.
Build intuitive admin/config experiences for customers and operations teams.
Ensure robust monitoring and observability within the platform.
Partner with engineering/DevOps to improve scale and performance for voice/AI workflows.
Champion end-to-end customer experience across provisioning, onboarding, usage and support.
Support internal teams with platform capabilities to reduce effort and improve time-to-value.
Establish and track metrics like provisioning time, uptime, admin satisfaction, and time to resolution.
