Ovyo is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team and work at the intersection of product, technology, and user experience across our digital platforms.

You will own end-to-end experiences from discovery through prototyping, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and help evolve design systems with reusable components.

The role requires 4+ years of product design experience, a strong UX/UI portfolio, and advanced Figma proficiency.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of product design experience in digital products.
• Strong experience with user research, flows, IA, wireframes, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Strong visual design capability for polished interfaces.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
• Experience designing complex workflows, SaaS, or content-rich platforms.
• Comfort using data and customer feedback to inform design decisions.
• Adequate business awareness and technical understanding of software development.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team and work at the intersection of product, technology, and user experience.

This is not a purely visual design role. You’ll be involved throughout the product lifecycle, taking complex requirements and transforming them into intuitive, scalable, and high-quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Product Design: Take ownership of digital experiences from early concepts and discovery through to prototyping, detailed UI design, delivery, and iteration.
• Complex Problem Solving: Translate complex requirements, workflows, and systems into clear, intuitive, and elegant user experiences.
• UX & Research: Use research, data, customer insight, and feedback to understand user needs and continuously improve the product experience.
• Product Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with product and business objectives.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and evolve design systems, creating reusable components and patterns that deliver consistency across products.
• Design Quality: Maintain a high level of craft and attention to detail across UX, interaction design, and visual UI.

Requirements:

• Product Design Experience: 4+ years of experience designing digital products within a collaborative product environment.
• UX Fundamentals: Strong experience across user research, user flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• UI & Visual Design: A strong visual eye with the ability to produce polished, high-quality interfaces.
• Figma: Advanced, hands‑on proficiency with Figma.
• Complex Products: Experience designing complex workflows, systems, enterprise software, SaaS products, or content-rich platforms.
• Data-Informed Design: Comfortable using research, analytics, customer feedback, and other data to inform and validate design decisions.
• Business & Technology: Strong business awareness combined with a good technical understanding of software development and the practical realities of building digital products.
• AI-Assisted Design: Genuine curiosity about AI-assisted design workflows and an interest in how emerging AI tools can support and extend the product design process.
