Amadeus is seeking a Senior Product Definition Analyst with deep biometric expertise in face recognition and liveness detection to ensure robust, secure, and compliant Amadeus solutions.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and research teams across design, validation to deployment, acting as the technical authority for biometric topics and supporting incidents and customer discussions requiring biometric expertise.

Job Title Senior Product Definition Analyst Summary : The Face Biometrics Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides deep technical expertise on face recognition and liveness technologies to ensure Amadeus solutions are robust, secure, compliant, and operationally fit for purpose. The role supports product, engineering and research teams across the full lifecycle, from design and validation to deployment and operational support. In this role you will Key Accountabilities Act as the technical authority for face biometrics, including face recognition, liveness detection, and related technologies. Provide expert input and validation during solution design, architecture reviews, and technical decision‑making. Support investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of biometric‑related issues impacting performance, accuracy, or reliability. Advise teams on hardware and sensor considerations (e.g. cameras, environmental constraints) affecting biometric quality. Contribute to the definition and maintenance of technical standards, best practices, and guidelines for face biometrics. Collaborate with product, platform, research and engineering teams to ensure end‑to‑end coherence of biometric solutions. Support internal and external stakeholders during incidents, escalations, and customer discussions requiring biometric expertise.

Scope & Impact

Applies expertise across multiple products, components, or initiatives involving face biometrics. Influences architectural and technical choices through expert advice, without formal people or delivery management responsibility. Acts as a reference and escalation point for biometric topics within the organization. Performs laboratory experiments to gather data and assess the effectiveness of systems and algorithms. Prepares and issues reports to communicate findings and inform decisions.
