Glanua is seeking a Design Lead for Process & Hydraulic Engineering to deliver water and wastewater infrastructure projects from concept to construction. You will own robust design solutions, coordinate MEICA interfaces and lead a multi‑disciplinary team across a regional UK portfolio.

You will mentor engineers, manage client communications, and drive innovative, sustainable design workflows to meet project goals and regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum Level 8 Honours Degree in Chemical, Water/Wastewater, Environmental or Process Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in water/wastewater or process engineering roles.
• Chartered Engineer status desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or oversee detailed process and mechanical design work for water and wastewater projects.
• Coordinate across MEICA disciplines to deliver integrated, clash‑free designs.
• Develop intelligent P&IDs, PFDs and control philosophies.
• Mentor and develop engineers and designers to build a high‑performing team.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate design intent and resolve queries.
• Support tender design and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.
