Shore is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join our data team in Lisbon. You will own BI projects end-to-end, design robust data models, build scalable dashboards, and partner with business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights.

You will optimize performance, apply best practices in data visualization, and contribute to BI standards. The ideal candidate has 6-9+ years in BI or analytics, deep Power BI expertise, and a track record of delivering end-to-end solutions

Qualificações

• 6-9+ years of experience in BI or data analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
• Experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions independently.
• Knowledge of security features and data quality principles.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Own BI projects from requirements through delivery and deployment.
• Build and optimize data models including star schemas and measures.
• Develop advanced calculations using DAX.
• Transform and prepare data with Power Query (M).
• Optimize report performance and dataset efficiency.
• Apply data visualization best practices (UX, storytelling).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot dashboards, data models, and refresh issues.
• Contribute to BI standards and documentation.
• 6-9+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on Power BI (Desktop & Service).
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modelling.
• Experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions independently.
• Knowledge of security features like Row-Level Security.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms and BI deployment.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
