Continental in Portugal is seeking a (Senior) Analytics Solutions Engineer to own end‑to‑end analytics solutions across Product Management, Sales and Strategy in EMEA. You will design, develop, and enhance Power BI applications that translate complex data into actionable insights with measurable impact.

You will work with stakeholders to capture requirements, ensure scalable data solutions, and act as a bridge to Data Engineering and IT.

Qualificações

• Multiple years of Power BI development and BI data modeling.
• Experience with data integration and performance optimization.
• Proven track record delivering analytics with measurable business impact.
• Designing user-centric BI applications with UX/UI focus.
• Strong SQL skills and relational databases.
• Experience integrating data from enterprise sources (SAP S/4HANA, Hive, Azure).
• Collaborating with Data Engineering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile teams using Jira and Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Own and further develop Power BI applications and dashboard ecosystems.
• Design analytics solutions enabling decision-making beyond standard reporting.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and user stories.
• Independently acquire, integrate, transform and model data for Power BI solutions from multiple enterprise sources.
• Build and maintain a consistent single source of truth across datasets.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to identify data gaps and enable data integration.
• Work with stakeholders across Business, Product, Data Engineering and IT for alignment and adoption.
• Ensure analytics deliver measurable business value and improve performance and usability.
• Support rollout and continuous improvement of analytics products with Product Owner.
