Siemens Energy in Portugal seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the high-voltage substation component of the Start Campus Datacenter Project, guiding the full project lifecycle from planning to closure.

You will manage a 20-person team, ensure on-time delivery of power infrastructure, and communicate in English and Portuguese. Proficiency in Microsoft Project is required; Primavera P6 is a plus; travel about 50%.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience delivering high-voltage substation or power infrastructure projects.
• Leadership of a team of around 20 direct reports.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project; Primavera P6 knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 50% between Portugal, factories, and sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of high-voltage substation projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, and budget; apply corrective actions.
• Manage project risks with mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in high-voltage environments.
