Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional PHP development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with native PHP (not exclusively frameworks).
• Solid MySQL experience with optimization and connection management.
• Proven ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and modernize legacy applications.
• Experience integrating multiple systems, APIs, and databases.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and OOP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, develop, and optimize business-critical applications using native PHP and MySQL.
• Contribute to modernization of legacy systems, including PHP 5 to PHP 8 and MySQL migrations.
• Analyze codebases, understand complex business logic, and propose architectural improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations with ERP platforms and external systems.
• Ensure stability, security, scalability, and performance of applications.
• Optimize database queries and processes for high data volumes and concurrency.
• Document functionalities and technical processes; collaborate to define modernization strategies.
