Jobgether SRL, in collaboration with a partner company, seeks a Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager based in Portugal to lead client-facing PV projects and ensure high-quality safety services. You will oversee project planning, timelines, and deliverables across PV activities, ensuring regulatory and client expectations are met.

Qualificações

• Proven pharmacovigilance experience including ICSR processing and quality review.
• PV project management experience in CRO/pharma environments.
• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary client contact and manage expectations.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with client agreements.
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate PV activities across teams to meet deadlines.
• Prepare regular client and internal management reports.
• Provide PV expertise across ICSR processing, QA, reporting, literature screening, and SOPs.
• Lead project meetings and ensure actions are documented.
• Mentor team members and support day-to-day project leadership.
• Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
