You will lead development efforts, conduct code reviews and mentor engineers, ensuring alignment with business goals and high-quality delivery within a hybrid, mostly remote environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years delivering OutSystems projects (senior level).
• 2+ years of OutSystems technical leadership (tech lead).
• OutSystems certifications: Professional Web Developer, Architecture Specialist, Associate Tech Lead.
• Experience with systems integration and core software engineering principles.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support development teams throughout the full application lifecycle using OutSystems.
• Define architectural decisions, ensuring performance, maintainability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews and promote best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical decisions with business requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and development standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship within the team.
