Claranet in Lisbon is seeking an OSS Senior Engineer to join our internal team. You will manage AI-platform infrastructure, integrate diverse data sources, and administer Dify or equivalent LLM orchestration tools.

We expect strong Python, Linux admin, Docker/Kubernetes, and Azure OpenAI experience. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; you will collaborate with global teams and clients on cutting-edge AI projects.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong Linux/Unix system administration experience.
• Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience building AI agents and orchestration.
• Hands-on with Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML).
• Hands-on with Dify or similar LLM orchestration platforms.
• Experience developing APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Willingness to learn and innovate.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain underlying systems infrastructure (servers, Linux environments, networking) supporting AI platforms.
• Integration of platforms to ensure AI Stack connected to heterogenious sources.
• Administer and configure Dify (or equivalent LLM orchestration platforms) for internal and client-facing use cases.
• Evaluate and apply new AI models to real product needs.
• Identify and propose new solutions based on stakeholder requests, translating requirements into technical approaches.
• Define and document best practices (usage guidelines, prompts/agents patterns, deployment/operational guidelines) and share them with end users.
• Monitor models in production (performance, quality, drift, latency, reliability) and continuously improve them.
• Deploy models ensuring scalability, cost awareness, and operational robustness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in managed platforms, including at the operating system and infrastructure level.
