Job summary

act digital seeks a Senior OpenShift Engineer/Architect to shape and deliver enterprise container platform architecture and migrations in Lisbon, Portugal, on a hybrid schedule with 2 on-site days per week.

The role involves designing, implementing and operating OpenShift platforms, leading migrations, defining standards for availability, security and operations, and automating deployment workflows using CI/CD and IaC tools, collaborating across dev, infra and security teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience architecting and administering Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Podman.
• Proven experience in platform migrations, transformation or large-scale modernization.
• Experience with CI/CD, Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
