Glanua in Lisboa seeks a Process Design Lead for Anaerobic Digestion to drive design activities from concept to construction and commissioning. You will own robust design solutions, lead a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to successful project delivery across anaerobic digestion, biogas, and energy recovery—while building client relationships and advancing your leadership profile.

Qualificações
- Strong knowledge of anaerobic digestion and biogas systems.
- Experience in process and hydraulic design and calculations.
- Ability to lead design discussions and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Mentor engineers and develop junior staff.
- Experience in design reviews, HAZOPs and constructability assessments.
Responsabilidades
- Lead technical design outputs for bioresource projects.
- Coordinate MEICA interfaces and multidisciplinary inputs.
- Develop PFDs, P&IDs and control philosophies.
- Support client engagement and design assurance.
- Mentor design team and manage performance.
