Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist to join its finance operations team in Porto. The role requires 5–7 years in O2C/AR/finance operations and fluent German with advanced English.

You will oversee end-to-end O2C processes and mentor junior staff while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and ERP system efficiency. A 3-month trial leads to a permanent contract with relocation support where needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years of O2C / AR / Finance Operations experience, including 2+ years in a lead role.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday).
• Fluent German and advanced English language skills.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
