• Work from a scrum framework: planning and grooming sessions during sprints; reviewing user stories and test cases.
• Analyze root causes of defects to provide comprehensive fixes.
• Be a quality champion for the solutions delivered.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Handle escalations and high-priority issues effectively.
