Job summary

QualityAI, a leading AI-first quality engineering company, seeks a Software Developer in Lisbon for a full-time hybrid role. You will define and test user stories, own tasks end-to-end, and collaborate with engineers, testers, and product owners to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong C#/.NET, SQL Server, and Azure expertise (Functions, DevOps, Service Bus, APIM). Excellent communication skills are essential, and Power Apps is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C#/.NET core development and SQL Server
• Experience with Azure functions and Azure services in production
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project management
• Front-end: Blazor or React experience
• Familiarity with Azure Service Bus and APIM
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid team
• Power Apps is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define user stories and build/test them from requirements
• Own stories from development to completion (Done)
• Provide technical guidance within the squad and to the Product Owner
• Collaborate with engineers, testers and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Communicate clearly with all levels of stakeholders, verbally and in writing
