A leading IT consulting company in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Senior .Net Core Engineer to join their team. This role involves developing and maintaining an international white-label electronic trading platform for European clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience with .Net Core, a strong understanding of micro-services architecture, and experience in Agile methodologies. We are searching for a Senior .Net Core Engineer!

Mission: We are seeking an experienced Senior .Net Core Engineer to join our team of 6 people and work on our international white-label electronic trading platform, serving European clients

The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable and high-performance applications using .Net Core and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our platform's micro-services architecture.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an agile based software development life cycle including technical analysis, documentation, development, testing and code reviews.
• Collaborate with the production support team for maintenance troubleshooting and release management.
• Propose and provide feedback from experience/knowledge on architecture, design, technology choices and technology direction of the platform as well as on suitable DevOps practices.

• At least 5 years software development experience with .Net core.
• Strong understanding of micro-services architecture and Docker.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of programming best practices, design patterns.
• English required, both spoken and written.
