FCamara Porto team is seeking a Mid/Senior .NET Backend Engineer to power internal products and client initiatives. You will collaborate with Product Managers and engineers across time zones to design, develop, and deliver scalable backend services.

You will work on event-driven architectures, robust data processing, and maintainable documentation. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required to communicate across teams and with international clients.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience building distributed systems and high-traffic web applications.
• Deep proficiency in .NET (C#) and mastery of Object-Oriented Programming and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Proficient in relational databases, with experience optimizing complex queries and managing large-scale data sets.
• Hands-on experience architecting background processing (Hangfire) and event-driven systems using message brokers (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka).
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to ensure high-quality, frequent deployments.
• Thrives in a global, asynchronous environment with English and Portuguese fluency for cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Define, plan, and execute complex features across the full lifecycle from design to production monitoring.
• Pair with Product Managers and other Engineers on discovery and prioritization; translate business requirements into scalable specs.
• Design and implement sophisticated event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
• Create and maintain high-quality architectural diagrams and system documentation as the authoritative source of truth.
• Act as the subject matter expert in .NET (C#), PostgreSQL/SQL Server, and REST APIs.
