BNP Paribas Cardif is seeking a Management Controller for its Porto base to join the France Results Steering Team. You will manage the French GAAP P&L under a management view, support updates, budgets, and MTM planning, and deliver analytical reports to senior management and the Group.

The role blends technical finance with a collaborative culture, offering hybrid work and opportunities for development across local and global scales.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Finance, Management Control or Actuarial.
• Experience in banking, insurance or consulting is advantageous.
• Proficiency in financial models, financial and performance analysis, and budget management.
• Knowledge of VBA / SAS / Power BI / Python is a plus; comfortable learning new tools.
• Fluent in English (C1); French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Integrating and consolidating accounting data to produce a French GAAP P&L under management view.
• Preparing technical result projections during Update / Budget / Medium-Term Plan.
• Performing comparative analytical reviews to support the synthesis report for Financial Steering and Group.
• Improving and optimizing production processes in collaboration with IT development teams.
• Redesigning the economic dashboard for France results and monitoring gaps between GAAP and IFRS 17.
