Aubay Portugal is hiring for a Senior Ops/SRE role in Porto, Portugal. The position focuses on monitoring, incident response, automation, and on-call duties within a hybrid work model.

The candidate will work with Linux, Kubernetes, Prometheus/Grafana/Alertmanager, and scripting (Bash, Python) in an international team, benefiting from Aubay's Training Academy and health and well-being programs.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in operations, SRE, or system administration roles (Senior profile).
• Strong proficiency in Linux administration fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration for managing scalable applications.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.
• Solid scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and problem-solving.
• Mandatory English language proficiency for effective communication in international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure availability and optimal performance.
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective fixes.
• Automate deployments, pipelines, and various operational tasks to enhance efficiency.
• Document runbooks, incidents, and operational procedures thoroughly.
• Participate actively in the on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support.
• Deploy updates and continuously improve monitoring and alerting capabilities.
