Shore is seeking a Java backend developer to design and build robust microservices in a cloud-native environment. You will craft high-performance REST APIs using Spring Boot and participate in modern delivery pipelines. The role emphasizes secure, scalable code with strong testing and collaboration across Agile teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong Java/Spring Boot experience with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes and database knowledge to deliver reliable digital banking services.

Qualificações

• Strong recent Java experience with Spring Boot (3.x is relevant).
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiar with CI/CD and DevOps tooling (Jenkins or GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Maven and SonarQube experience.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB or Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and develop high-performance REST APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Contribute to technical architecture, security standards and cloud deployment pipelines.
• Ensure code quality through automated unit and integration testing, code reviews and mentoring.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and take ownership of technical delivery.
• Identify risks and drive performance optimisation and continuous improvement.
