HumanIT Digital Consulting is seeking a Staff Java Backend Developer to join an international product environment. You will contribute across the full software lifecycle, architecting, delivering, and mentoring teams in a cloud-first, microservices setting using Java 17/21, Spring Boot, and Azure.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, CI/CD, observability, and hands-on coding, with a focus on scalable backend services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and modern DevOps practices.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of professional Java development.
• Experience with Java 17 and Java 21.
• Strong Spring ecosystem and cloud experience.
• Hands-on Azure Cloud experience.
• Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience designing and developing Microservices and SOA.
• Strong REST APIs and GraphQL Federation knowledge.
• Observability and monitoring with OpenTelemetry/Dynatrace.
• Gradle build automation experience.
• Unit/integration testing and TDD practiced.
