HCLTech in Lisbon seeks a skilled Java Software Engineer to design and implement backend solutions for omni-channel retail. You will develop Java-based microservices, ensure scalability and reliability, and integrate with OMS and retail platforms for core order management flows.

You will collaborate across DevOps, QA, and Insights teams in a hybrid work environment, contributing to CI/CD improvements and automated testing while staying current with Java 21 and Spring ecosystem.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Java software engineering with Spring ecosystem experience.
• Experience building microservices, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse requirements and design robust backend solutions for omni-channel retail.
• Develop, test, debug, and deploy Java-based microservices for scalability and reliability.
• Design integrations with OMS and retail platforms, including order orchestration and inventory flows.
• Maintain existing services, improve code quality, and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support automated testing efforts.
