IRIUM seeks a Senior Java Back End engineer to design and develop scalable, high-performance software. You will work on a challenging project using modern frameworks and Agile practices, contributing to architecture decisions.

The role requires strong Java Spring expertise, backend development experience, and collaboration across cross-functional teams in a hybrid Lisbon office with 3 days onsite. Competitive monthly salary and benefits offered.

Qualificações

Strong/expert proficiency in Java Spring.
Strong experience in backend software development.
Experience designing, developing, and enhancing robust software components.
Experience developing scalable and high-performance applications.
Ability to analyse complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to contribute to technical decisions and solutions across multiple teams.
Experience supporting and guiding team members through knowledge sharing and technical expertise.
Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for improving software solutions.
Strong understanding of modern software development and Agile practices.
English - minimum C1
Availability to work 3 days per week at the office in Lisbon
