IRIUM is seeking a Lead Java Developer in Lisbon, offering a hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on backend development using Java (8+), Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, with leadership responsibilities for onboarding juniors and providing technical guidance.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with RDBMS, JPA/Hibernate, and CI/CD, and will communicate effectively in English (B2 level).

Qualificações

• Experience with Java backend development (Java 8+), with 8+ years for lead profiles.
• Experience with Spring Boot
• Experience with RDBMS such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL
• Experience with JPA and Hibernate
• Knowledge of microservices architecture (hexagonal, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
