Ytech, a forward‑thinking tech startup in Leiria, seeks a Senior Java Software Engineer to design and evolve scalable backend systems for omni‑channel retail. You will work on order orchestration, inventory visibility, fulfilment, returns, and payment flows, using Java 21, Spring, and cloud‑native practices.

We value deep experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and OpenAPI, plus hands-on work with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Java Software Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 21 and the Spring ecosystem.
• Proven experience developing microservices-based solutions with event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and omni-channel retail environments.
• Experience with Fluent Commerce is highly valued.
• Strong experience designing RESTful APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Experience with JSON, XML, HTTP, and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of security best practices including OAuth2, OIDC, and IAM like Keycloak/Okta.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitLab.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, integrate, and evolve scalable backend solutions supporting retail processes.
• Contribute to order orchestration, inventory visibility, fulfilment, returns, and payment flows.
• Collaborate with multi-national teams to implement API-first, event-driven architectures.
