This role requires strong Java backend development skills and mentoring of junior developers. You must have a higher education degree and 5+ years of experience, particularly with Spring/Spring Boot, as well as proficiency in relational databases. The position involves a hybrid work model, requiring an initial 4 days in-office then transitioning to 3 days in-office and 2 remote.
