• Define engineering standards, development best practices, and quality strategies, ensuring long-term sustainability of the platform.
• Lead technical discussions with development teams and stakeholders, challenging existing approaches and proposing innovative solutions.
• Drive the adoption of automation and quality engineering practices, evaluating where they add the most value and supporting teams in their implementation.
