Inetum is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support an IT delivery team in Lisbon. You will manage small projects and cross-system Change Requests across multiple technology areas, requiring autonomy and strong stakeholder management to deliver results in evolving environments.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in project management, knowledge of IS management, and hands-on experience with middleware integrations, Office tools, Jira and Power BI.

• At least 6 years of project management experience.
• Solid knowledge of Information Systems management.
• Experience with system implementation processes and middleware integration.
• Proficient in Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Jira, Power BI.
• Strong organisation, communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work autonomously in complex, stressful environments.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Portuguese proficiency and fluency in English; Spanish is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver small IT projects with defined scope, resources, teams and timelines.
• Manage end-to-end cross-system Change Requests, from analysis to delivery.
• Assess impacts and coordinate alignment across involved teams.
• Monitor risks, issues and actions; maintain accurate project status.
• Support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote IT governance and Change Management practices.
• Follow established PM standards and templates; provide feedback for team growth.

Job Description

As a Senior IT Project Manager you will support an IT delivery team, managing small projects and cross-system Change Requests involving multiple technology areas. The role requires autonomy, strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver results in complex and evolving environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver small IT projects, defining scope, required resources, team organisation and timelines.
• Manage the full lifecycle of cross-system Change Requests, from analysis and planning through execution, testing and delivery.
• Assess technical and functional impacts and coordinate alignment across the teams involved.
• Monitor risks, issues and outstanding actions, maintaining an accurate view of project status.
• Support ongoing transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote good IT governance and Change Management practices.
• Follow established project management standards and templates.
• Provide constructive feedback and contribute to team improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of project management experience.
• Solid knowledge of Information Systems management.
• High proficiency in managing system implementation processes with strong integration with market middleware.
• Knowledge of Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as SharePoint, Jira and Power BI.
• Strong organisation, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage complex and stressful situations.
• Results orientation, critical thinking, flexibility and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Willingness to learn.
• Portuguese proficiency.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Spoken and written Spanish is valued.
