Sword Health is seeking an iOS Engineer in Consumer Growth to craft engaging iOS experiences that drive onboarding, activation, and retention. You will collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and backend engineers to turn growth hypotheses into polished, scalable interfaces.

You will own features from concept through production, with a focus on performance, accessibility, and trust. Experience applying AI tools in engineering workflows is highly valued.

Qualificações

• Experience shipping and maintaining production iOS applications.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
• Solid understanding of iOS architecture, lifecycle, state management, and concurrency.
• Experience integrating APIs and handling varied user journeys.
• Experience with automated testing, debugging, memory management and performance analysis.
• Ability to instrument user journeys and use product data to inform decisions.
• Good product judgment and focus on interaction quality, accessibility, and trust.
• Ability to communicate trade-offs across disciplines and own features end-to-end.
• Practical experience using AI in engineering workflows and reviewing its output.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Build and improve iOS experiences across onboarding, subscriptions, and engagement.
• Connect campaigns and web journeys to in-app experiences via Universal Links.
• Implement purchase flows and entitlement handling with backend collaboration.
• Deliver controlled experiments using feature flags and analytics instrumentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data to identify friction and evaluate results.
• Create reusable UI components and foundations to support experimentation.
• Maintain app responsiveness, accessibility, and stability across devices and iOS versions.
• Own features from concept through production, testing, and release.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development while ensuring quality.
