A INOVA+ procura um(a) International Project Manager para a sua Unidade Interregional, em Matosinhos. A função envolve conceber, planear e preparar candidaturas a programas de funding europeus, bem como gerir projetos financiados pela UE e organizar eventos.

Deverá ter mais de 5 anos de experiência em gestão de projetos internacionais, fluência em inglês, autonomia e capacidades de planeamento e comunicação.

Qualifikationen

• Requisitos incluem formação académica nas áreas de Life Sciences, Sustainability/Desenvolvimento Sustentável, Relações Internacionais ou áreas relacionadas.

Aufgaben

• Conceber, planear e preparar candidaturas a programas de financiamento europeus.
• Gerir e implementar projetos financiados pela UE.
• Planear, organizar, coordenar e implementar eventos e reuniões.
• Representar institucionalmente a área de negócio em eventos e reuniões.

INOVA+ is a company specialised in supporting the growth of organisations through Innovation, international cooperation, digital transformation and access to funding. We are promoting, managing and developing innovation projects across Europe. We are looking for a International Project Manager to join our Interregional Unit , in Matosinhos.

Main tasks & Responsibilities

• Conceive, plan, and prepare applications for European funding programs;

• Manage and implement European funded projects;

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and implement events and meetings;

• Institutionally represent the business area at events and meetings.

Requisitos da vaga

• Academic background in Life Sciences, Sustainability / Sustainable Development, International Relations, European Studies, or related fields;

• More than 5 years of experience in international project management;

• Experience in preparing applications for funding programs and international tenders is a plus;

• Knowledge and experience with INTERREG and Horizon Europe projects will be a plus;

• Autonomy in managing and implementing projects;

• Good analytical and organizational skills;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills;

• Ability to manage time and priorities;

• Excellent domain of written and spoken English (mandatory);

• Project management certification is a plus;

• Availability to travel to meetings abroad.

• Estimated annual gross salary between 29.300,00€ and 34.300,00€, depending on the candidate's experience and demonstrated skills.
