JOUR ROLE

As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in tooling, you will play a crucial role in developing sophisticated mechanical solutions for high‑tech manufacturing environments in the semiconductor industry. You'll work remotely from Portugal while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Designing complex mechanical tooling systems using NX CAD software and Team Center PLM
• Creating high‑level concept designs that elegantly resolve conflicting requirements
• Conducting tolerance analysis and implementing GD&T principles to ensure precision
• Leading technical design reviews and providing mentorship to junior team members

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering, with semiconductor industry experience preferred
• Proficient in Siemens NX, CAD software and Team Center PLM or equivalent systems
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and GD&T principles
