As a Senior Implementation Analyst, you will help enterprise customers adopt Intellect technology, guiding onboarding, design Translate requirements into system design, and driving successful launches across multiple teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of software/SaaS implementation experience.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) and quality policies.
• Knowledge of Connected Front End Worker (CFW) software practices.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and CFR 21 Part 11 regulatory frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ROI storytelling.
• Ability to translate requirements into system design.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional projects.
• Comfortable with senior stakeholders including VP and C-suite.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Support, Integration, Product, and Sales.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and coach on Intellect product suite.
• Onboard new customers.
• Guide implementation and launch strategies for the product suite.
• Train customers and teams on Intellect’s product suite.
• Translate business requirements into system design.
• Manage activities to meet milestones and project objectives.
• Recommend continuous improvements.
• Serve as primary contact for key enterprise stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Support, Integration, Product, and Sales across time zones.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
